Tim Mills

After growing up within restaurants I completed an HND in Hospitality and Leisure, during which I trained within a Two Michelin star restaurant on the French Riviera. After graduating I moved to America to officially start my life within the industry and supported the opening of the Planet Hollywood restaurant in San Francisco as part of my time in the country.

Transferring with the group to London I worked alongside Mac and Philip whom I have been close friends with for more than 30 years. 


Over the course of three decades I've spent time working within a number of international brands, franchises and independent companies ranging from casual dining to QSR and 5 star hotels as well as Michelin Star restaurants currently listed.

Opening in excess of 50 hospitality businesses as well as introducing brands such as Krispy Kreme to the European market and judging on the International Restaurant & Bar Design Awards has been a terrific experience and I look forward to supporting businesses and their teams in driving the industry forward with the finest talent possible.
